im quite new but there doesnt seem to be much Psu's for Peltier running ?

Meanwell is the only psu to go for in my opinion... they rule.

Aye Meanwell's they provide good power and are small enough to be concealed inside a case, some other brands are too large to mod into a drive bay for example.

yeah i need a meanwell psu to power a 226watt pelt

depending on your psu you might be able to get away with it running off a 12v rail. i ran a 172w pelt off my 600w enermax fine.
