Ok well iv been a dumb ass once again in the year of 2006 and i orderd a Tai Chi case from EPCbuyer and the payment didnt go through the first time so i tried to click back and i think it resent the payment... twice even though i clicked once...

now whats worse is that i tried to calling them all day from 13:30 to 17:30 and not one answer

I did a quick check on the retailers customer ratings and as of March they've been going down hill like the giant rolling ball in Indian Jones. Now iv no idea what to do to get my money back... i called my credit card company and they said id have to wait till the statement comes through at the end of the month, but if im correct that may be a little to late.

Anyone got any advice as im really wanting to get my money back and get a new case for my new motherboard (yea Sards i sold my Asus P5N32 SLI and got a hold of the Gigabyte GA-G1975X board) and a new water cooled setup :'(

Is it not worth waiting a few days to see if the case actually turns up??

I'm sure if a double payment has been made they will refund it but if not use the Credit Card protection and let your bank sort it out.

a bit off topic but you can put two rigs in that case. the upper back plate with the 4 fans can be removed in place of a mobo tray.
tbh i see this case as a very viable alternative to a server rack for small businesses.
