Hi all,
Has anybody got any recommendations for a water cooling kit for my set-up below. I am a newbie to this game so ease of installation is crucial.
Money is no object.
Thanks in advance

Lemming,
If I am not mistaken we are using the same RAM too. Are you running at stock speeds on this :?:

Yea, well in the bios its set to aggressive but I cant see any performance boost and the timings are low anyway so they dont change. Im using 2-2-2-5.
I dont know alot about RAM so I could have just completely answered your question wrong. But as for frequencys im having trouble over here:

I'm new to this myself but I will try to offer some "bits" of information until a more experienced water cooler comes along.
First off I would take a look at your mobo, and see if it has mounting holes (more than likely I think if its a 64 I think)
Then I would reccomend using 1/2 inch piping throughout, people have their own preferences though.
Umm, lets see, Danger Den kit seems to be very good, I was very happy when I received my danger den stuff. Its well packaged and despite needing a little polish on the base of the block it was great.
Dont go for an all in bundle where it is pre-built unless its made by one of the big players like danger den, or thermochill etc. There is still some construction required in itself which is good.
I honestly dont know if the rads make that big a difference but they do come in different sizes for the same capacity rad (e.g. a rad that takes two 120mm fans is slightly smaller in a Black Ice then a Thermochill) You can find info about the dimensions in the shop.
Eheim pumps are very very quiet, but the c-systems are very small and quiet. But dont be fooled by the picture, the Eheim pumps are bigger then you might think (I was caught out by that but it wasnt a huge shock and it was a pleasent surprise)
Not much help but it might point you in the right direction.

I would recommend danger den all the way, i have run a few different water setups and i am most pleased with DD, CPU blocks you need an A64 block one of the best is the TDX, i swear by 1/2inch hose, if your doing the chipset you will have to get one that has been certified to fit your board as you have an SLI board everything is very snug, GPU block i would recommend the NV7800 but its a bit pricey. I personally couldnt afford two of them and am running two Low profile MAZE 4 blocks and i am happy with these (40c idle- 45c load) Radiators i recommend the biggest one you can fit in your case and afford as these are what remove the heat from the water system, i use XSPC rads two of them a 120-2 and 120-1, i have also used BIX but personnally cant see any difference in performance from them (except price) altho some people same that cheaper rads have restricted flow rates id say thats os neglectable. and pumps you want a quite and reliable one, Eheim, D4/D5 and i hate hydor they break persistantly. hope that helps anymore questions just ask away
